Delete your account and data

SafeEyes Buddy — account & data deletion

You can delete your SafeEyes Buddy account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

• Open SafeEyes Buddy
• Go to Settings → Data → Delete account
• Confirm deletion

Your account and synced data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Email support.safeeyes@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my SafeEyes Buddy account" from the email address you signed in with (your Google or Apple account email). We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, account ID)
• The child profile you entered (name and age)
• All synced settings and usage statistics (screen-time sessions, alerts, streaks, badges)

What is not affected

• Data stored only on your phone — remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings.
• Subscriptions — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, otherwise the store will keep renewing it.
• Camera images are never stored anywhere, so there are none to delete — see our Privacy Policy.
